Phillipsburg area veterans Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017 were honored during the annual William L. Nixon tribute. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has again honored the annual event as a regional site for the observance of the Nov. 11 commemoration. Hundreds attended the all-day service.
