Phillipsburg Board of Education Superintendent, Greg Troxell, presents a diploma posthumously to Deane Love-Feeley, daughter of the late Robert Franklin Love who served in the Navy from 1940-42. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has again honored the annual event as a regional site for the observance of the Nov. 11 commemoration. Hundreds attended the all-day service.
